Hi all, this is my first pregnancy and I’m pretty much all over the place. I’m 2d6w and yesterday i went to the ER for bleeding and moderate cramping. Not enough blood to make it to my underwear but noticeable when wiping. Nothing was found on the ultrasound and hcg is 400. i have a second blood test scheduled in 48hrs to confirm the miscarriage. The bleeding has stopped today but still some cramping. My mom thinks I could just be too early and not to lose hope but all hope is lost. Has anyone had a similar situation?
