Anyone else experience tailbone/coccyx pain when pregnant?
I'm 12 + 4 and keep having intermittent tailbone pain, it's agony!
Nothing in particular seems to trigger it, when it's happening it's all day. Painful to sit down or lie on it, very tender to touch.
Read that it can be caused by everything moving and growing and your ligament changes - I do feel otherwise well. Just wondering if anyone has had it and found ways to ease it?
