Miscarriage

I woke this morning to pee like normal, to my surprise was met with bright red blood and small string like clots, showered and rushed to the ER. I’m supposed to be 9weeks 5days according to my last cycle but I believe I ovulated and conceived late. They did ultrasound urine and blood because my first appointment isn’t until 1/18 and was not validated clinically yet..waited for 2 hours ultrasound gave me no information it’s their policy for the hospital for all ultrasounds the doctor has to give information. He took me to a room, told me that due to the bleeding he was going to say I am miscarrying 99.9% positive I am losing the baby and discharged me with bed rest and to see my Ob in a few days. They didn’t give me any ultrasound information, and I’m only able to see my blood work from my portal, my hgc levels are at 24245.9. Blood is no longer heavy it’s more like pink spotting and clots are super tiny..no cramps. How accurate are ER results compared to OBs? Is it possible that it is not an accurate result? Or am I grasping at straws here?
