I would recommend use them for a full cycle just to see how YOUR hormones ebb and flow. Start with first day after your period, testing once a day. Then depending on how long your cycles are starting testing twice a day about 6 days before mid-cycle. When you see the peak switch back to testing once a day until your period. For the once a day, I tested in mornings but some women get their LH rise in the evenings thus the testing twice a day closer to predicted ovulation.But really it is at your convenience. I did it when I woke up then again before bed.
