Hiya. My boyfriend and I are TTC and we keep hoping this year will be our year. I have an appointment with my doctor on the 16 and I'm hoping to finally get some fertility answers (I've been asking for a while, but they just gave me in general information). I know I have PCOS and when I got a transvaginal ultrasound done about 7 months ago it said I had bulky ovaries and suspected minor adenomyosis (or something like that). I'm trying to not stress or worry about it, but I keep teying to research my chances and the possible birth defects and things I can do to help fertility, etc etc. I get myself in a bit of a rabbit hole. If you got passed by little venting there I'm looking for help with tips or tricks to distract myself from the research rabbit holes. Projects or...really anything at this point. Please help
