Morning sickness or not ?

My gag reflex has got really sensitive since being pregnant, the only times I’ve been physically sick is when I brushed my teeth and today when I wanted to bring up some spit and that made me gag so then I threw up. This isn’t normal for me. Do I class it as morning sickness or not ?

it’s normal for gag reflux to suck during pregnancy. I gag every time I brush my tongue and teeth

No I wouldn’t class that as morning sickness. I gag and throw up when brushing my teeth.

I had a really bad gag reflex during pregnancy but wasn’t actually physically sick and personally I wouldn’t count it as morning sickness. I’d take that any day over what other woman deal with.
