Favorite healthy pregnancy snacks!
Please share! With my first I ate whatever, whenever and however much I wanted…this time I am NOT doing that I really regretted it and the damage I did to my body from gaining that much that fast. Last I went to the doctor I had only gained 3 pounds since being last seen 4 weeks prior which is really good…I’m now 18w3d and I am beginning to feel very hungry a lot and I want to eat so much so I have been. I’m next seen next week for my anatomy scan and I’m so scared they’ll mention how much I’ve gained if I have gained much at all, I feel like I have. I’d really love some healthy snacks you indulge in to help me along this process!
