If you were told girl in your 20 week anatomy scan. Was this correct or did you end up having a boy? Trying to figure out if I can trust the result.

By 20 weeks it should be very clear if it's a boy.

I won't say it's impossible, but at 20 weeks it should be pretty clear. I highly doubt the person saw the wrong gender.

My mom was told the entire pregnancy I was a boy. definitely a girl lol

I was told I was having a boy at 18 weeks but at 20 weeks it was def a girl. The tech didn’t even need to look in between her legs to tell. She could see her ovaries and uterus on the scan. Obviously my husband I were shocked. But radiologist in the room confirmed, they even called in the doctor. 100% a girl.

When my sister in law went for her gender scan, they said they were 70% confident (they done a gender reveal which was pink) they were gifted a 4d scan from her brother which confirmed the gender as a girl. Someone else I know was told she was having a girl, bought loads of girl clothes etc and she ended up having a boy which they didn't find out til she gave birth.
