Do y’all think it’s miscarriage?

Todays ultrasound. As you can see it grew but they said not enough. It measured at like 6.4mm and should be around 7.

I’ve never had a miscarriage before. This is my second pregnancy. Last ultrasound about 2 weeks ago measured at 5w4d. ultrasound today which should have been 7w3d measured at 6w4d as well as they couldn’t find a heartbeat. They told me it should be bigger and there should be a heartbeat to basically prepare for a miscarriage. They are having me come back in a week, if still no heartbeat we’re going to lay out our options like D&C. I’m so upset. Has this happened to anyone else? I’ve had no horrible cramping no bleeding days ago I started becoming heavily exhausted but my boobs aren’t near as sore as they were 2.5 weeks ago. I’m almost positive this will soon be a loss ☹️
