Vitex
I started vitex 01.05.23 and 01.09.23 I started to spot very lightly. Today I finally got my period (if I’m not mistaken!!) I went to see my doctor to start trying for a baby. I got my labs done and my testosterone is HIGHER than 2 years ago. I’m trying to eat healthier because my BMI is 30+… im 181 pounds 5’4.
