y’all I have no idea how to get this to go away but it’s been there for a probably a month, its a lip pimple and it never came to a head so its been underneath the skin(SO ANNOYING)it popped a little bit last night but how do I get this to go away!! 😭

I get these as soon as the wether changes. 
A couple things work for me. The first two are home remedies. Toothpaste, I usually put enough to cover it and I let it dry. (Since it will dry you can remove it in the shower) Second if it’s brand new and I know it’s coming on I peel the soft translucent part of an onion make some onion mush and add salt and lay it over and seal ot with the translucent skin (this will smell for obvious reasons, but I do this over the toothpaste). This kills it asap. 
And last but not least abreva decosonol 10% it’s a realtor small tube.

I've been using this for years, and it always does the trick. I get horrible acne on my neck before my period, and this is the ONLY thing that works. I have very fair, sensitive skin, and this doesn't irritate it at all.

Are you sure it's a lip pimple? If it's a cold sore you can get something prescribed.

Use the SomeByMe PHA toner, it's only $9 on Amazon and it helped clear up my pimples that wouldn't come to a head or pop (I had the same problem as you) and after using it for a week or 2 my pimples finally came to a head and I was able to pop it, it was so therapeutic girl let me tell you lol
