My baby has been doing something similar!! Except with her it’s whether she’s playing, happy, crying, angry, serious etc. so her pediatrician is thinking it could be dry eyes. Your baby looks like they developed a new skill and are just playing!

The closing of the eyes? You can talk to your pediatrician about it if it’s concerning. If it’s that alone it probably is nothing. Babies do odd things. Sometimes they’ll learn something and feel like they’ve “learned a new skill” or like the way it feels, etc. like for instance my March baby sticks his tongue out like a member of Kiss and does it constantly throughout the day lol. It’s just a phase though, he’s just into it right now!
