I had a dream last night that I was holding an 8 week fetus in my hands and she was alive ( I say she because it felt like the fetus was a girl).

She had angel wings and was even smiling.

I've never ever had a dream like this before.

I felt at peace even though in my dream I know this was a miscarriage.

No, I'm not pregnant and I can't have kids thanks to my past. I've tried with 4 different partners and been trying since I was 17, I'll be 36 this year.

I've had one ectopic pregnancy and lost my baby and right fallopian tube when I was 17.

I'm just wondering if anybody at least could give me some insight as to what this dream might possibly mean.
