Miscarriage ? Help

This is my 2nd miscarriage had one in Aug 2022 I found out today there’s no blood flow to the baby I’m 5 wk 6 days everything looked good a wk ago and things changed today they are checking my hcg levels to confirm it anyone have this same problem or has went through this before??

Ive recently had a miscarriage 1/6/23 but idk what happened. My hcg levels was good then I started spotting but my HCG levels was still going up like they suppose to but when I went to my first appointment they couldn't find the baby heart beat. This was my second miscarriage my first one 4/3/21 my baby had a strong heart beat few days later I was in the ER having a miscarriage. I still don't know the reason that caused mines and it makes me wonder is something wrong with me.
