Discharge-16 weeks

I’m 16 weeks 4 days. I’ve experienced a bunch of discharge but today more than anything. I’m not filling up a pad or anything. It just seems like I haven’t had a day where my underwear aren’t wet? Today I had to change them. It’s more watery. Is this normal?
