I am 12 days late 5DPO, negative pregnancy test . Cycle is now 44 days. Normal is 32. I’ve been trying for 4 years so I have a mixed amount of emotions as I don’t know what to think

I know I’m late cuz I didn’t start my period the week of the 3rd . The thing is that the DPO keeps going down in the app now so I’m sooo confused. What I do know I’m 13 days late and I never go more than 35 on a length
