It is not recommended due to the high mercury content. Better consume smaller fish like anchovies. Good salmon might be an option as well.

Try the SafeCatch brand if you mean the can version. I use it to cook/eat as a craving. I’ve only been able to find it at Publix, but it has the pregnancy label on it since it’s lower in mercury than other cans. For fresh, per what someone else said.

I like tuna a lot but I haven’t had any this pregnancy out of precaution

I just avoid it. It says to eat in moderation but I don’t feel the need to consume it even if it has small levels.
