Does anyone else have Herpetic Iritis/Uveitis?

I’ve had it for going on 4 years. It’s damaged my pupil and I hate the way I look. I also have a drooping eyelid (ptosis). I have had people come right out and ask what happened to your eye and what’s wrong with it? Why does it look like that? Why is it different from the other one? As a woman in my mid twenties, this has made me feel ugly and self conscious. I feel alone sometimes because it seems like no one else has it, and I’m just weird.

I just want to know if there are others out there who have the same thing!
