Urinalysis confused results

I have gone to the clinic and showered beforehand used the wipes they give me I open a cup urinate and close the cup and the laboratory keeps saying I have three different kinds of bacteria in the urine Culture and I need to repeat

Every single time so obviously I have three different bacteria growing in my urine or more bacteria colonies and they need to figure it out

I don't know what to do to get a clean catch of urine!

I take a shower I go to the hospital I urinate I use the medical wipes they give me I open up the cup and careful the cup doesn't touch anything and the lid doesn't touch anything and I urinate and seal the cup without it touching anything on the inside only my urine so repeatedly the lab says there's three or more colonies of bacteria found in the urine and for me to repeat it now please tell me how do I know the names of these bacteria and how I can get a lab who will test my urine who will give me test results and treatment
