I in Need of Some Positive Encouraging Words an Advice . Me (23 in may) and My Fiance (26 in November ) Has Been In relationship for 6 years in March an We Have Been Trying to Conceive a Child but has been unsuccessful 😔 He Has an Child With Someone Else , My Lovely Stepson is 8 this Year! N my Fiance is Wanting a Child Bad We are Definitely in The Right Space We Moved into Our Own Place an Have Been Together for a Great amount of Time. We Love Each Other Very Unconditionally.. I'm Starting to Really Think it's Me As I Have Always Have but now it's Really Getting to Me Many Tells Me Stop Thinking About it an It Will Happen ... An I Have Tried that for a while now about a year or 2 i have literally been trying to think Whatever Happens Happens .. but idk what to do anymore .. doctors always says I'm okay but onw time I was told I have a dialated tube ??? I'm a little familiar but I'm not ... I just would love any vitamins , doctor or any conception advice !!!!
