pls help (retail business problems)

Hi! i’m 21 and so i’ve opened up my own clothing store all online and i have this manufacturer. i’ve been doing this business so around 2 years now and my manufacturer is JD. So JD contacted me and he’s a manufacturer in pakistan we gained a positive business relationship and now we have a contract where he is my manufacturer. i do custom clothing so once someone orders, he makes and ships to them. and it was great at first. but now my business has bad reputation and it’s mostly his fault we’ll can be mines too. during the making of clothes he’s taking 1-2 months for the product to be shipped out when it’s suppose to be 7-9 days. he tells me over and over it’ll be done tomorrow. he also makes mistakes on the orders so once he and his team mess up they have to do it again. he makes these promises oh we will do better, if you lease an embroidery machine that would help make it quicker. so of course i’m stupid and believed these promises. now my business is getting chargebacks bc the orders are taking too long to get out. now i’m stuck i’m scared and i cry myself to sleep. i get these email from customers upset about the delay. and i try to be nice and tell them it’ll be done once he tells me but since he’s LYINGGGG (saying it’ll be done the next day) it’s become so overdue. now i’m stuck do i try to stick with this relationship (business) knowing he’s new and help lease an embroidery machine or do i stop my business completely and find someone else. I haven’t found anyone else bc he’s the only one that’ll mostly do my custom clothing and ship it straight to the customer. i do not have alot of money for wholesale so this would be my only option. i’m really scared of taking loaned out as well. I do have 1 other manufacturer in China that says they can do….. i’m just so lost please help. do i help grow with JD and we both continue learning…… or do i find another manufacturer and hope for the best. pls help. i need any type of advice.
