So i have PCOS, i typically have a somewhat regular cycle. However, in August after losing a little bit of weight, we had an unsuccessful beanie baby. After that my period had not come back so I started metformin to dissolve some cysts and had one breakthrough bleed. Then after that nothing. Any suggestions on how to stimulate this cycle that doesn't require a prescription? Thanks for listening!
