Morning sickness gone by 6 weeks?

I know pregnancy symptoms "come and go" but they havent came back. I was hit hard with morning sickness in the beginning from week 4. Had a scare with some bleeding so had it checked out a few weeks ago, got to see the baby on ultrasound and had a heart beat of 91 and was measuring 5 weeks 4 days but based on lmp i should of been 6 weeks and 2 days. They took blood and told me everything looked good and sent me home. The bleeding slowly stopped but my nausea slowly started going away over the span of a couple days and by the time i hit 7 weeks its all but vanished. Im supposed to be 8 weeks tomorrow and still nothing. Just maybe a random nausea spell here and there but nothing compared to what it was, most days i have non at all. My breasts are still sore and i still have to pee alot, but obviously im still going to have some symptoms if it is a missed miscarriage. Im just looking for maybe similar stories. Has anyone ever had their morning sickness stop at 7 weeks and go on and everything be ok?
