Is this a red flag?

My man doesn’t really clean very well in general, and his closet is pretty messy. It has old dog food in a bowl in there basket and a few clothes on the ground, and under his bed he has a few empty bottles. In his bathroom I found Kristen Ess and olaplex hair products that are empty. Women shavers, moisturizer , tampons and womens lotion. Should I be concerned? At first I was until I checked the hair stuff was empty and a little crusty. But ngl I used the moisturizer cuz I forgot mine 😭 thanks ex girlfriend😭 but while cleaning his truck I found a piece of a condom wrapper under his mat under a pile of clothes. Which I believe is hopefully prior to bc when I cleaned parts of the truck it was pretty dirty. Any thoughts? How would you react? I left some of my stuff in the top drawer.
