Plan B?

I had unprotected sex two days ago, one day after my period. He didn’t cum in me but after he came we waited a little while and had sex again. My periods are regular and comes every 23-25 days basically the same day the app says it will arrive. The app says I am suppose to be ovulating next week, but I am nervous because I have been getting a lot of cervical mucus and have been cramping, and wondering could it be ovulation. If so, I know that plan b can’t help stop ovulation if I am already ovulating. I have just been wondering if I should take plan b or not.
