SEVERE cramping

soo usually when i start my period it’s light cramping that doesn’t really bother or effect me. this morning, i started my period, and that was not the case. I started out normal light bleeding and light cramping like usual then after about 15 minutes, it EXTREMELY intensified. i was in such crippling pain i couldn’t even stand up. i was sweating profusely and super hot but then i’d shiver. after about 15 minutes of laying on my bed, i managed to walk to the bathroom to vomit. i expected to be bleeding heavy but it was as light as usual. i had to lay on the bathroom floor for like 20 minutes then eventually pooped and felt a little better but the cramps were still horrible. i went back in bed for a little then instantly had to throw up again. once the ibuprofen kicked in, the cramps would stop for like one minute then come back just as intense. as the day went on i still feel nauseous but the cramping has decreased. i have experienced this maybe 3 times through a couple years before today but i have no idea what it could be. has anyone else experienced or been seen for this ?? i have an appointment tomorrow but seeing what you guys thing.
