Anyone have bleeding like this and didn’t miscarry?

I am 5w4d pregnant with our little IVF miracle. Yesterday afternoon I was out and I felt a gush of blood so I went to the bathroom and I was bleeding bright blood no clotting from what I could see, along with twinges in my vagina and light cramping. I called my IVF clinic immediately and had my HCG tested it was 7800 up from 736 6 days prior. They will retest two days later to see if it’s still rising. When I got home from the clinic an hour later it had slowed and turned brown. I could only see it when I wiped. It’s now the next morning and I have had no more blood even when I wipe since last night. Anyone have this and didn’t miscarry? I’m really scared 😢

Also my underwear was a thin flimsy thong so it didn’t catch a lot of it my jeans did however and it was probably less than could fully fill a pad but more than spotting I would say.
