Possible miscarriage at 5weeks?

Could this be the start of a miscarriage? I'm 5 weeks today and I had brown spotting last night that stopped before I went to bed. I woke up this morning and there was nothing, only for me to go for a poop and saw this. I'm freaking out as l've had two miscarriages in the last two months. Bleeding has almost completely stopped now but I'm still worried sick. Some hope would do. I'm to see a doctor tomorrow tho. Finding it so hard to be patient RN.

UPDATE: It’s an ectopic pregnancy. I’ve been given methotrexate and admitted for monitoring. Hopefully it ends without any complications. God knows best.

I bled on and off with my last pregnancy. It was like I had a period every month. I always say that if I hadn't taken a test, I wouldn't have known I was pregnant until 20 weeks because that's when it stopped

I was bleeding at 5 weeks turned out to be a subchorionic hematoma which is a relatively small thing that healed itself
