Anyone else have heart palpitations during pregnancy?? It's currently 4am for me and i was just rudely wakened by my heart beating very hard. Tried doing deep breathing techniques but it did not work. I ultimately had to get up and sit on the cold bathroom floor now i am left with my ears ringing and my body shaking. Told my doc but he said its normal especially since I've had them before pregnancy (anxiety) but i hadn't gotten an attack like this since being on anxiety medication. It is a VERY scary feeling
