Does anyone know what this could be?

I’ll be seven months pregnant next week, this came out of me a little bit ago and I have no idea what it is but of course I’m freaking out a little bit. Anyone have a clue on what it is???

Started having some pain yesterday that got more intense around 5-6 so I decided to go in, they never told me if this was mucus plug or not but they did let me know that I was having active contractions, they kept me for a few hours and checked my cervix and did a vaginal ultrasound to check it out, the inner part of my cervix is a little bit open but the outer part is still completely closed, the contractions died down drastically so they discharged me and of course told me to come back if they start back up, my water breaks, or I have any bleeding.
Feeling sore today but I’m pretty sure it’s just from the contractions so now my stomach muscles are achy.
