I am currently half way between scans. My first scan showed an empty gestational sac around 5 / 6 weeks and I’m due to go back for another scan in 2 weeks to see if there is any changes.

After scan the nurse made me believe I will be having a miscarriage as “an empty sac is a very rare event” which I now know to NOT be true!!! I walked out the hospital feeling absolutely devastated! My symptoms disappeared instantly. My constant hunger has subsided and my nipples are softer but still tender.

Can psychological feelings effect symptoms???

My pregnancy tests are still coming back dark and in fact darker than ever! I have No bad cramping or bleeding, only slightly tender breasts. I’m feeling so confused.

Any advice, please please help xx
