Moms, did you have a C-section? If so then why?

I want to see something. For me, I was 41 weeks, not dilated past 5cm I was maybe 1-2cm and I think the reason was because with each contraction I had, my baby’s heart would fluctuate and it took a while to return back to normal before the next contraction came.
