Late for period, so emotional I want to die 😢

I’m late by 3 days but tests are negative. Yesterday there was a v faint line but today morning it’s come as clear cut negative. I’m late and i have no idea what’s going on with my body I just want my period to come or a positive test. is there a chance of a positive anymore though??im 19
