Dinner ideas?
I need some good, filling, and preferably healthy dinners for my husband and I for nights that neither of us really feel like cooking.
He's a pretty picky eater when it comes to veggies (he has texture issues). The only veggies he is good with is potatoes, corn, mushrooms, and sometimes carrots depending on how they are cooked. This really limits what I can make. I'm trying to find ways to help him with these texture issues though and be able to eat more veggies, so any tips on that would be great. He didn't start eating carrots until a couple years ago, so we're making a little progress lol
