I know it’s not a great method if any but we do use it very infrequently. Last week was a fertile time and we did 😳 (just once) now today I had very minimal spotting. It really took me by surprise because I never spot before AF and not due to show until next week . Any chance this could be implantation roughly 6dpo( don’t really track) Or are there other explanations for mid cycle spotting?
