Accidentally ate during my glucose tolerance test 🤦‍♀️

I’m the biggest freaking idiot ever. They gave me the glucose drink, I saw my midwife, then they had me sit back out in the waiting room until an hour had passed. I was feeding my toddler a cheese stick and she ate the whole thing except for one last bite at the end, and I habitually just popped it into my mouth. About 10-15 minutes later they drew my blood and I realized what I had done. Any chance in hell of passing? I can’t believe I did that.. such an idiot!!!!

*update: I’m not talking about beforehand like before they gave me the drink. They gave me the drink, told me not to eat or drink anything for the next hour (not even water) until they drew my blood to check my glucose. That’s when I accidentally had the bite of cheese… like 10-15 min before the blood draw.
