Prenatals
Anyone find a good prenatal capsule (not gummy) that doesn’t have iron? Iron daily leads to constipation and I can’t do the gummies when I’m pregnant (I just hate chewing them and they don’t taste great). I can’t even remember what it was I took 4 years ago that worked well for me.
