Braxton hicks and peeing urge?

So I’m 36.4 days 4cm and been in the hospital multiple times now for labor contractions. Already lost my bloody show 3 days ago. Today I feel more and more contractions but they are not painful, and I am hydrated no UTI, And everytime I get them I have a slightly urge to go pee but there’s nothing to come out. I have also been losing smaller pieces of my plug with lighter and lighter pink mixed in so does this seem like labor could be super close ?! I can’t recall how I felt with my other two and this is the first time I ever had a bloody show or complications . Also he’s hitting my cervix at times giving that lighting pain. My first I was induced and had him 39.6 and my second was natural at 37.4
