Constant tugging feeling
On 2/5/23 I got my first positive pregnancy test and it was so faint, I almost thought it was an indent. Fast forward 4 days and the lines have gotten darker and I’m definitely pregnant.
Is anyone else going through constant “tugging” or dull ache in their uterus? Like, I know this means the fetus is growing, but it’s like almost constant. Very tolerable, but is that normal?
