What would you rather do? (Please read)
1. Work 8 hour days, 5 days a week. However, this schedule is very flexible, and you can work longer on some days and less on others if you choose to. Often get to get off early on Fridays because you’ve already reached your 40 hours for the week. Can get off early if needed and just make up for it by working longer another day that week if you don’t want to use PTO. If you need to request a whole day off, you only have to use 8 hours of PTO. You can telework 3 days per week, in office 2 days per week.
2. Work 10 hour days, 4 days per week. The day off each week changes every month and is decided by your supervisor. So you will have an entire weekday off. If you need to request a whole day off work, you have to use 10 hours of PTO. Start and end times are less flexible. You can telework 2 days per week, in office 2 days per week.
