Change of plans!

Hey everyone! I’m 19 & found out I’m pregnant about 2 weeks ago and I’m so excited!

Aside from that I’m a little more overwhelmed and nervous thinking about exercising. I’ve been wanting to start bulking for a while, and following my recent move to California, I’m actually extremely motivated to get in the gym! Since finding out I’m blessed with this pregnancy, I’ve been a little discouraged of going to the gym since I’m just being told “working out isn’t the best thing for the baby” “you shouldn’t work your body more than you have to” and things along those lines.

Yesterday I did some light yoga, and followed with 30 minutes of light cycling. I felt great after the work out, and woke up ready for work this morning with a big smile!

I know I definitely want to keep active during my pregnancy, but I’m not sure what the best thing is aside from yoga…🙄any active expecting mothers have any advice for me🥺?!?!
