Pregnant on IUD

okay so I had a baby 8 months ago got on birth control immediately(iud) was not planning to have any more children till i finished college in got start in career..etc My doctor told me to get the iud Mirena as it is the more effective birth control i’ve been on other birth control before likes the pills on depo never got pregnant from them but i wasn’t good with taking my pills on time but i wasn’t having sex then just for period regulations so i want getting on that again then depo would make me bleed a lot so i secretly give iud a try. so the past 1 or 2 months i been having pregnancy symptoms like sleeping a lot having to use it a lot and nausea that’s pretty much it though, i didn’t really think nothing of it but i told a friend about it in she told me to test so i did the test came out positive so now i’m like damn 😭gotta call mfm. Back to hell, which they confirmed i’m 14 weeks pregnant.
