Please give me advice!

To make a long story short my husband (38) and I (37) have been trying to get pregnant for over 5 years. We went to our first fertility clinic in May of 2020 after our first miscarriage. Tried three rounds of IUI and three rounds of IVF with two more miscarriages. We are trying a new clinic now for a second opinion. Tried IVF again had the egg transfer 5 days ago. We have a 7 day frozen embryo and did genetic testing on it. I’m getting discouraged. Anyone that went through IVF, what were your symptoms, if anything, to see if this is working? Should I feel something after 5 days?
