Is this a miscarriage??
I did not test positive, however, two days after my expected. I got really bad stomach and back from while putting groceries away. Immediately after that, I felt a gush of wetness and I had brown discharge. didn’t bleed after that for 12 hours then bled heavily and had more cramping. This was passed on what I assumed was day 2 of “period”. Please help! Idk what to do and I’m home alone. Help please!
