Can’t sleep any tips?

I’m almost 7 weeks pregnant and can’t sleep . Anyone have tips to help ? I tried all my tricks I did when I was pregnant with my son but nothings working

I have the FitOn app… they have sleep meditation which worked magic for me

The only thing that has helped me sleep if I can’t sleep is listen to rain sounds on Alexa or having hot milk 😂
