Early period, or implantation bleeding?

So, I’m currently 9dpo. I have only had my period back for 3 months since my December 2021 baby due to breastfeeding. It’s been pretty predictable those few months so far. Currently ttc again, so I tested this morning, it came up negative. Later in the day, I had some light cramps on one side, and I’m bleeding a little bit. Normally period cramps take me right out with intensity, and the bleeding is very heavy at the beginning. This would be a 6 day early period for me, which doesn’t normally happen. Has anyone had this happen, then test positive later in the cycle? Sorry for the long post
