Help please: Is my toddler too tall for her crib?

My little one is 21 months and has started climbing furniture, but has yet to attempt to actually climb out of her crib. She hangs her arms overboard and puts her leg up slightly up as if to climb, but hasn’t yet set that goal for herself.

I would love to keep her in her crib a while longer, but I’m wondering whether it’s safe. From what I’ve read, once the top of the rails reach mid-chest height, it’s time to convert to a toddler bed. Does this look like mid-cheat height to you? She’s about 33.5-34 inches tall, for reference.

Thank you all in advance.
