Can i get pregnant if i had unprotected sex on the 20th? 
And yes this is my accurate ovulation I also track it on the pee sticks

It’s possible but unlikely.

If you definitely ovulated on the 18th then it is unlikely as your egg lives for 12-24 hours after it is released. Obviously always still a small chance though that the timings are different in this particular instance. Good luck 😊
