Don't you think many wishlists here are unreasonable?

Question

Like the brand new members with zero everything but dozens of items in their wishlist.
The people who have $200-600 items and nothing inexpensive. 
The people who have dildos, sex toys and lingerie but say in their post that "anything helps."
Am I just a cynical person or is this not right?

People have become so reliant on others. There were no gofund me pages back then or those stupid "if everyone would send me $1 i could afford...." Tiktoks. People need to learn to take care of themselves, get a job or a second job if you have to. Not everything needs to be handed to you on a silver platter. Like you mentioned i see the "anything helps" and then they're asking for a $200 formula maker because scooping their own formula is too much work.

Seems like they're a pretty big chunk of glow's business model. More ads, more shit they get a kick back on and less moderation and functionality on the actual product.

I think it's a way to look for handouts. If you actually NEED the help it's fine but don't do it just because you think you can con someone into buying you stuff. Jobs exist. I have a hard enough time buying for my own self/ kids let alone someone else

I think the people making ttc wishlists are weird ASF! They’re not even putting things like opk’s, pregnancy tests, or preseed. I seen one that had lingerie and workout clothes but she claimed it was for ttc. Bitch if you can’t afford your own lingerie… hell if you need to make a wishlist in general for ttc you probably should work on your finances before trying to bring a life into the world.
