Should I make individual goodie bags for my L&D and recovery nurses or just a large basket?

How many goody bags should I make ? Or how large of a basket?

As a labor nurse, you don't have to do anything at all! ❤️
We always appreciate gifts but they are in no way expected or required. I think you're better off making a big basket, one per shift. Some hospitals are weird about staff accepting personal gifts but shared gifts are fine. 
Good basket options are water bottles, chap stick, pens (nurses can never have enough pens) and like little snacks.
